Why is EGFR Testing Critical?- Mutations in the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) are strongly implicated in the development of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), driving tumor progression, promoting angiogenesis, and contributing to resistance to apoptosis in lung malignancies.
