ONEPCR Automated Testing Workflow
  • Collect whole blood, serum, or plasma sample.
  • Load 200 µL of the patient sample into Cartridge-1.
  • Add 10 µL Reconstitution Buffer into Cartridge-2.
  • Load Cartridge-1 and Cartridge-2 into the OnePCR Ultra-Fast RT-PCR System.
  • Results are displayed as Positive or Negative together with Ct values and amplification curves.
  • Export reports through USB or Bluetooth for documentation and review.
