The PARA2-Q Real-Time PCR Kit is specifically designed for use with the OnePCR Ultra-Fast POC Rapid RT-PCR System (Genes2Me), which automates RNA extraction, and Real-Time RT-PCR amplification.

ONEPCR Automated Testing Workflow
  • Collect peripheral whole blood, plasma, or serum sample.
  • Add 200 µL of the sample into Cartridge-1.
  • Reconstitute Cartridge-2 by adding 10 µL of Reconstitution Buffer.
  • Load Cartridge-1 and Cartridge-2 into the OnePCR Ultra-Fast POC Rapid RT-PCR System.
  • The instrument automatically performs RNA extraction and multiplex Real-Time RT-PCR amplification.
  • Results are displayed as Positive or Negative for Dengue, Chikungunya, and Zika viruses along with Ct values, amplification curves, and Internal Control status.
