ONEPCR Automated Testing Workflow
  • Collect throat or nasopharyngeal swab specimen.
  • Load 200 µL of the sample into Cartridge-1.
  • Reconstitute Cartridge-2 by adding 10 µL Reconstitution Buffer.
  • Load Cartridge-1 and Cartridge-2 into the OnePCR Ultra-Fast POC RT-PCR System.
  • Automated RNA extraction, reverse transcription, and Real-Time PCR amplification are performed by the instrument.
  • Results are displayed as Positive/Negative together with Ct values and amplification curves.
