ONEPCR Automated Testing Workflow
  • Collect nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab specimens using sterile collection devices.
  • Add 200 µL of the specimen into Cartridge-1.
  • Reconstitute Cartridge-2 using 10 µL Reconstitution Buffer.
  • Load Cartridge-1 and Cartridge-2 into the OnePCR Ultra-Fast POC RT-PCR System.
  • The system automatically performs RNA extraction, reverse transcription, multiplex RT-PCR amplification, fluorescence detection, and data analysis.
  • Results are displayed as Positive or Negative, together with Ct values, amplification curves, and internal control status.
