ONEPCR Automated Testing Workflow
  • Collect an oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal swab sample.
  • Load 200 μL of the clinical sample into Cartridge-1.
  • Reconstitute Cartridge-2 using 10 μL Reconstitution Buffer.
  • Load Cartridge-1 and Cartridge-2 into the OnePCR Ultra-Fast POC RT-PCR System.
  • The system automatically performs DNA extraction, Real-Time PCR amplification, and fluorescence detection.
  • Results are displayed as Positive or Negative, together with Ct values, amplification curves, and Internal Control status.
