The U. Urealyticum-Q Real Time PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic assay based on Real-Time PCR technology. The assay is designed for easy integration with the OnePCR Ultra-Fast POC Rapid RT-PCR System. This system automates the entire process of DNAextraction and real-time PCR analysis within a single closed cartridge run.

The kit detects:

  • Ureaplasma urealyticum DNA
  • Ureaplasma parvum DNA
  • Internal Control for assay validation and quality assurance

The assay uses probes linked to different fluorescent dyes. This allows for the parallelqualitative detection of both Ureaplasma species and the internal control in a singleautomated run.

ONEPCR Automated Testing Workflow
  • Collect a swab sample as per sample collection guidelines.
  • Load 200 μL of the sample into Cartridge-1 (well 'A', marked 'Sample').
  • Reconstitute Cartridge-2 by adding 10 μL of Reconstitution Buffer and attach the tubeadaptor.
  • Load Cartridge-1 and Cartridge-2 into the OnePCR Ultra-Fast POC Rapid RT-PCRSystem.
  • Complete automated DNA extraction and Real-Time PCR amplification run.
  • Results are displayed with Ct values, amplification curves, and Positive/Negativeinterpretation for Ureaplasma urealyticum and Ureaplasma parvum.
