This system is designed for an automated workflow that combines sample DNAextraction and Real-Time PCR amplification.

ONEPCR Automated Testing Workflow
  • Collect 3–5 ml of venous blood into a sterile EDTA tube.
  • Load 200 μL of the sample into well 'A' (marked 'Sample') of Cartridge-1.
  • Reconstitute Cartridge-2 by adding 10 μL Reconstitution Buffer and attach the tubeadaptor.
  • Load Cartridge-1 and Cartridge-2 into the OnePCR Ultra-Fast POC Rapid RT-PCRSystem.
  • Automatic DNA extraction and Real-Time PCR amplification will take place.
  • Results will display with Ct values, amplification curves, and Positive/Negativeinterpretation.
