ONEPCR Automated Testing Workflow
  • Collect a urine sample or a swab from the vagina, cervix, or urethra.
  • Load 200 μL of the sample into well 'A' (marked 'Sample') of Cartridge-1.
  • Reconstitute Cartridge-2 by adding and mixing 10 μL Reconstitution Buffer intoposition A, and attach the tube adaptor.
  • Insert Cartridge-1 and Cartridge-2 into the OnePCR POC Rapid RT-PCR System.
  • The system runs fully automated DNA extraction and real-time PCR amplification.
  • Results are displayed with Ct values, amplification curves, and positive/negativeinterpretation.
