The HBV-Q Real-Time PCR Kit is a quantitative molecular test that is intended for use in the qualitative detection and quantitation of HBV-specific DNA in human samples. This test makes use of HBV-specific primers and probes, and also an internal control system, allowing the reliable amplification and assay verification. This kit is supplied with proprietary lyophilized components and quantitative standards allowing accurate quantitation of viral load by means of the OnePCR Ultra-Fast RT-PCR System.
