The 3Hdtect-Q Real-Time PCR Kit is an in vitro molecular screening test, based on Real-Time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection and differentiation of HBV, HCV and HIV virus specific DNA or RNA in human serum, plasma or blood samples. This test is intended to be used as an aid in the screening of infections caused by HBV, HCV and/ or HIV virus in combination with other research and laboratory findings.

The assay uses specifically designed primers and probes for the three viral targets along with an integrated internal control to support sample integrity and process reliability. The kit is designed for automated nucleic acid extraction and real-time PCR analysis using compatible rapid RT-PCR systems.
