How the Assay Works


The J.Encephalitis-Q kit uses a multiplex one-step RT-qPCR format with TaqMan chemistry. JEV-specific RNA is detected in the FAM channel, while an endogenous internal control monitored in the HEX channel verifies RNA integrity and reaction quality in every run.
