The kit is designed to efficiently isolate genomic DNA from mammalian/human cells and tissues, including fresh or frozen whole blood and anticoagulant-treated blood, Cell culture pellet, Swabs, buccal cells, Vaginal and semen stains, Bone, Tooth, Hair, Chewing gum, Cigarette butts & other Forensic samples. Optimized binding and washing conditions enable effective removal of proteins, inhibitors, and contaminants, while purified DNA is eluted in a low-salt buffer, ready for downstream analysis. The streamlined workflow eliminates the need for hazardous organic solvents such as phenol-chloroform or alcohol precipitation, ensuring a safe, fast, and user-friendly extraction process, even for trace and highly challenging forensic samples.
