He joined Element after a long career at Becton Dickinson (BD), where he served in a variety of operations leadership roles, focused most recently on delivering cell analysis tools for research and clinical immunology applications.

Ritu Gupta is a deeply analytical operations strategist specializing in value capture, enterprise resource management, and optimizing inventory and service cost drivers with recognized expertise in global supply chain and operations management. He has a demonstrated track record of successfully scaling manufacturing and supply networks in start-up and high growth business lifecycle environments.

Ritu Gupta holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland – Baltimore County (UMBC) and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
